Before you contact support
- Make sure your iPhone and Mac are connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
- Check for local network permission in iOS Settings > Apps > aether.
- Confirm the Mac companion app is running from the menu bar.
- Try unpairing and pairing again from Settings > Connection in the iOS app.
